1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital marketing, website development, funnel creation, automation setup, and consulting services, refunds are generally limited once work has commenced.

However, we believe in fair and transparent relationships.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • Sales Compass fails to deliver agreed core deliverables within the agreed timeframe without reasonable cause

  • A written ROI/refund guarantee exists in the signed agreement

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Consultation fees

  • Paid ad spend

  • Third-party software costs

  • Completed milestones

  • Custom development work already delivered

  • Monthly retainers already used

4. Subscription & CRM Services

Subscription services, including access to the Sales Compass Intelligent CRM, may be cancelled anytime unless under a fixed-term agreement.

No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Sales Compass Ltd. before initiating chargebacks or disputes. We aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.

6. Refund Review Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Invoice/payment reference

  • Reason for request

Refund reviews are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
